3. What we do

FORKTEX is a technology company based in Bucharest. This website presents what we do:

• Technology consultancy — technical strategy, architecture reviews, and due diligence
• Software development — custom applications, backend systems, data and AI pipelines, and full-stack product work
• Maintenance and support — ongoing operation, monitoring, and evolution of systems built by us or inherited from others
• Cloud infrastructure — provisioning, deployment automation, and infrastructure operations
• Business automation — replacing manual processes with software, and integrating the systems a company already runs
• Our own platforms — ForkTex NetWork (operations and collaboration), ForkTex Cloud (declarative deployment), and ForkTex Intelligence (AI inference and knowledge) — which clients can use directly or integrate into their own systems

Information on this website is provided for general presentation purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Work performed for a client, and any use of our platforms, is governed by a separate agreement between FORKTEX and that client.

4. What these terms do not cover

These terms apply to this website and nothing else. Reading the site, browsing our work, or sending us a message creates no engagement and no obligation on either side. In particular:

• Engineering work performed for clients is governed entirely by the signed agreement and statement of work for that engagement; nothing on this page adds to, limits, or changes such an agreement
• ForkTex NetWork, ForkTex Cloud, and ForkTex Intelligence are separate products. Access to them is granted under their own service terms and data processing agreements, entered into separately from your use of this website
• Descriptions of platform capabilities on this website present what the products do; they are not service level commitments, which live in the applicable agreement

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to it, and you must not misuse the website, including automated or abusive submissions to the contact form or the chat assistant.

6. The chat assistant

The assistant generates answers automatically and can be wrong. What it says is general information — not professional advice, not a quote, not an offer, and not a commitment by FORKTEX. Nothing it tells you binds us. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into it; your conversation is processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FORKTEX S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Romanian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. Some of our software is published separately under open-source licences; where that is the case, the licence distributed with the software governs, not this page.

8. Links to other websites

This website links to partner networks, client websites, and other third parties. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Once you leave our website, their own terms apply.

9. Availability

We keep this website running as well as we can, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, including the chat assistant. Features described as planned or coming soon are intentions, not commitments, and may change or may never be released.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
